We are seeking a Senior People Partner to join our team in a strategic HR leadership role. This opportunity offers a rare chance to deliver real impact and contribute to the success of our organisation.

  • This is a 5-9 month contract with strong potential for extension or permanency, offering flexibility and stability.
  • As a trusted advisor, you will lead the delivery of people strategy into a key division, shaping and executing plans that support business objectives.

About this role:

  • You will work closely with the Group Executive and Senior Leadership Team to drive organisational design and change initiatives aligned to business strategy.
  • You will partner with various stakeholders to design and deliver initiatives that strengthen culture, capability, and the Employee Value Proposition.
  • You will oversee complex ER/IR matters, investigations, and dispute resolution.
  • You will use data insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of people initiatives.

About you:

  • You have significant experience as a senior HR business partner or people leader in a complex, matrix environment.
  • You possess proven expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and culture change.
  • You have strong ER/IR knowledge with experience managing complex cases.
  • You excel in relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management.
