About the Role

As a seasoned people leader, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our global workforce strategy, driving initiatives that drive tangible results and helping leaders and teams thrive in a fast-paced business environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • The senior partner for our Australian and Singapore teams, driving workforce planning, performance, and organisational impact.
  • Develop and implement people strategies across APAC, working closely with senior leaders to align local needs with global goals.
  • Coach and advise leaders through complex people challenges, team dynamics, and leadership growth opportunities.
  • Lead and advise on change initiatives that make a real difference across functions and regions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years' progressive HR generalist or business partnering experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior role and people leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven success partnering with teams in global and matrixed environments.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
