About the Role
This is a senior leadership position that partners with operational leaders to drive HR excellence and deliver people strategy.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of HR Business Partners and focus on performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, industrial relations, and talent management. You will be responsible for enhancing leadership capability across multiple sites in core people processes, including engagement, capability, industrial relations, talent, succession, and safety.
- Developing and implementing people strategies to support high-performance work environments.
- Coaching and mentoring site leaders to enhance their performance management and leadership capabilities.
- Partnering with site leaders to drive talent management, succession planning, and learning initiatives.
- Leading industrial relations management, including EA negotiations and complex employee relations issues.
- Working with the Health and Safety team to ensure safety improvements and drive a safety culture.
- Overseeing recruitment, selection, and induction processes to ensure high-quality talent.
- Fostering a positive work culture and improving employee engagement across sites.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in HR management. They will also have a deep understanding of organizational change and development principles.
