Job Description

This senior-level position will play a key role in partnering with executives and senior leaders to deliver human resources solutions that align with our organization's strategy. You will be responsible for leading a diverse range of conversations, providing recommendations and advice on HR services, and supporting workplace relations matters. Your expertise will also be essential in developing and implementing new policies, practices, and programs to optimize business and employee success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing the delivery of recommendations and solutions covering multiple areas of human resources, including employee relations, learning and development, communications, resource planning, organisational change management, and succession planning.
  • Utilising people metrics, capability requirements, and business metrics to identify areas of long-term development and optimise business and employee success.
  • Providing interpretation and counsel to Management at all levels regarding policies, programs, and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience partnering with executives and senior leaders on people matters, strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice, and a working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including remuneration, employee relations, diversity, and performance management. Proficiency with HR systems is also essential.
