Global Workforce Management Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support human resources operations across multiple countries.
  • Lead a global team of HR professionals and collaborate with regional leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and execute global HR strategies that foster organizational excellence, while considering regional differences and nuances.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to regional HR leaders to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives across all locations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and executing people strategies, encompassing organizational design, change management, compensation, employee relations, and employee value proposition.

A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related discipline is essential, as well as 8+ years of experience in a Senior HR Management role providing comprehensive support to senior leadership teams in a generalist capacity.
