Are you a strategic and enthusiastic leader with a passion for driving business results through effective people strategies? We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in the Asia-Pacific region.

This role involves playing a crucial part in delivering our People agenda, collaborating closely with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies that align with our business objectives. You will coach managers on leadership, talent development, and performance management.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership Partnership: Develop and execute people strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Culture & Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee experience programs that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Talent Management: Drive talent attraction and development strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Design and maintain HR policies and benefits programs that comply with regulatory requirements.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • A minimum of 5 years in an HR Business Partner or Employee Experience role.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and executing complex employee engagement or transformation projects.
  • Ability to interpret data from various employee experience touchpoints and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven track record of collaborating closely with senior leaders to build trust and influence decision-making.
  • Experience in successfully managing change initiatives within a dynamic business environment.
  • Proficiency with HR tech platforms and a willingness to explore automation and new digital solutions.
