About the Role

We are seeking a senior HR leader to join our organization and play a key role in developing, embedding, and delivering our global people strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic business partner support to senior leaders and lead teams providing business partnering and advisory services across the business.
  • Collaborate with other GMs of PX Partnering to ensure alignment and a 'one team' approach across all partnering functions, driving strategic business partnering objectives, and delivering impactful people programs aligned with the global strategy.
  • Identify skills and development opportunities within your team to demonstrate or role model our PX Capability Framework.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to your XLT members, providing support on talent management, organizational design, restructures, and more.
  • Use data to analyze trends and develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Work with Talent teams to meet recruitment priorities and drive workforce planning.
  • Build a positive employee experience that empowers and improves business performance.
  • Test, experiment, and improve PX work practices in line with team evolutions.
What You'll DoCore Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Business Partners supporting your XLT members' functions and leadership teams.
  2. Offer guidance to regional leaders on regional issues affecting the Southern Hemisphere, especially Australia and New Zealand.
  3. Work seamlessly with PX Center of Excellence teams (OD, Remuneration, Workplace) across global locations.
  4. Support complex ER issues and ensure compliance with employment legislation, partnering with legal as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership roles in HR within fast-paced, high-performing organizations; developing people strategies; leading teams; deep HR discipline knowledge; coaching senior stakeholders; degree or equivalent experience.
  • Business Insight, Collaboration, Planning & Alignment, Accountability, Strategic Mindset, Effective Communication, Managing Complexity, and Building Trust.
