About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Information Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of our technology function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional and proactive executive assistance to our CIO, exercising independence to action required tasks without prompting.
  • Maintain utmost accuracy, governance, compliance, confidentiality, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to our CIO, including full diary management, scheduling meetings, minutes, and leading correspondence.
  • Coordinate and support the implementation of various technology initiatives.
  • Source and verify information and distribute reports/documents on behalf of the CIO.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive experience within a secretarial or executive level administration role.
  • Experience within a large corporate environment, familiar with board meetings/reporting, governance, and executive level stakeholder management.
  • Well-developed capability to establish rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with exercising discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional computer literacy, with the ability to interpret and source information and/or materials required by the CIO.
  • A basic understanding of technology and its terminologies.
