  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the delivery of digital programs, ensuring alignment with agile methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and programs of work, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with knowledge of MES integration to ERP, LIMS, and middleware (e.g., REST web services).
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Apply strategic thinking to identify opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of process control and advanced process control solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience delivering digital programs in industrial sectors.
  • Extensive experience with MES systems, knowledge of MES integration (ERP, LIMS), and middleware (REST web services).
  • Proven track record managing digital programs and applying agile methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Industry experience in Chemicals, Oil and Gas, and Mining.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence across stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in process control and advanced process control technologies.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
