Job Overview

As a Business Intelligence Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate their digital transformation journey. With your expertise in Power BI and Analytics, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data sources, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive business growth.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in data engineering and experience working with enterprise platforms for BI and data visualization. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that meet stakeholders' needs.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in AI-powered core and agile digital at scale. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business users, internal stakeholders, and Digital teams to understand data sources, identify trends, and provide actionable insights leveraging customers Enterprise Platforms for BI and Data Visualization (Power BI and Report Builder).
  • Develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence Managed reports.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on BI best practices (including senior leaders).
  • Gather and analyzing business requirements to design and deliver BI solutions that meet stakeholders' needs.
  • Create and enhance dimensional data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations to support advanced data analysis and reporting leveraging Power BI and Report Builder.
  • Create Data visualizations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity as per the Data Governance principles.
  • Good Experience in Data Engineering.
  • AWS, Snowflake experience is preferred.
  • Kresta experience is a Plus.
Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in Power BI and Analytics.

Strong experience and hands-on in Power BI and Analytics.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
