We are seeking a visionary leader to drive digital transformation in the health and human services sector.

As a Senior Director, you will lead and manage teams to develop and implement strategic plans for system managers and health services/providers.

You will be responsible for defining and implementing future state operating models for business units and functions to better align with strategic goals, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.

Your expertise will also be utilised in conducting options analysis, detailed business case development, and funding submissions for local, state, and federal departments and providers.

In addition, you will manage and implement technology-enabled transformational change that improves the day-to-day lives of providers and patients.

You will work closely with top industry experts to deliver impactful solutions that improve lives and shape the future of healthcare.

To be successful in this role, you will require project management certification (e.g., Prince2, MSP, PMBoK, Agile), experience in leading and delivering digital transformations at a portfolio, program, or project level, and knowledge and experience in traditional or agile Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and end-to-end project delivery.

You will also need confidence and experience in leading and working within large and multi-disciplinary teams, an understanding of digital technologies, applications, and industry best practices within health and human services, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving.
