Job Title: Senior Digital Transformation Lead

Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the development and execution of digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives. Your expertise in manufacturing execution systems (MES) and knowledge of MES integration to ERP, LIMS, and middleware (e.g., REST web services) will be invaluable in driving innovation and efficiency.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to shape and execute digital strategies that unlock long-term value. Your impact will be seen in the delivery of digital programs, ensuring alignment with agile methodologies, PRINCE2 principles, and hybrid waterfall best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional agile teams and programs of work, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute digital transformation strategies, aligning with business objectives.
  • Manage the delivery of digital programs, ensuring adherence to agile methodologies, PRINCE2 principles, and hybrid waterfall best practices.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in MES and MES integration, leveraging your knowledge to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from CEOs and CTOs to plant operators, to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience delivering digital programs in industrial sectors.
  • Extensive experience with MES systems, knowledge of MES integration (ERP, LIMS), and middleware (REST web services).
  • Proven track record managing digital programs and applying agile methodologies, PRINCE2 principles, and hybrid waterfall best practices.
  • Industry experience in Chemicals, Oil and Gas, and Mining.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
