Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in coordinating project plans, supporting administration, conducting research, and providing secretariat support.


  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion;
  • Provide administrative support to program and project activities through preparing communications, correspondence, presentations, speeches, and website content;
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform program and project monitoring activities;
  • Support committees and senior executive meetings as required;
  • Ensure the preparation of high-quality departmental briefs and correspondence responses;
  • Meet relevant legal and financial requirements;
  • Undertake other duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to provide high-level advice on complex matters;
  • Display strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Show a proactive attitude to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and solve problems;
  • Possess high-level research, data analysis, and written communication skills;
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships;
  • Demonstrate experience in providing financial support for projects.

This role requires collaboration within a small team and contributing to the implementation of key strategies and initiatives across the organization.
