We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team in the Midland Hub.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- They should demonstrate a positive, proactive, and respectful attitude with enthusiasm, honesty, and professionalism.
This role requires:
- Greeting each customer personally in a welcoming manner.
- Answering phone enquiries and operating a busy switchboard.
- Handling customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact.
- Assisting with various administration tasks such as scanning, filing, photocopying, and ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Saturday half-day work is also expected.
