**The role**

This role is all about ensuring smooth operations across digital platforms like ServiceNow, intranet, and web-based systems. You'll contribute technical expertise, assist with system testing, improve forms, and help publish content—all while responding to support requests and maintaining system availability. It's a chance to deliver real impact by supporting both daily operations and ongoing projects.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Experience operating in a Service Desk environment using the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to prioritise tasks and competing demands.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Solid time management and organisational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Technical expertise to support and improve IT systems while ensuring operational efficiency.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes by balancing competing priorities effectively.
