About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused Receptionist/Office All-Rounder to provide administrative support and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or teams.
- Handle mail distribution and coordinate courier services efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area at all times.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required, including scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
- Update and maintain accurate company records and databases.
The Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience in a similar role within the retail industry is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with customers and team members effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative tools is necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
