Front Office Receptionist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Receptionist to provide exceptional guest experiences in our park.

  • Deliver high standards of customer service and support ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Process guest check-ins and outs efficiently utilizing the latest technology and systems.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and support, responding promptly to all guest queries and concerns.
  • Processing guest check-ins and outs efficiently, utilizing the latest technology and systems to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Managing reservations and accounts accurately using the park's booking system.
  • Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to ensure accommodation readiness and minimize delays.
  • Providing guests with information about the property and local areas of interest, promoting our unique offerings and services.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, tracking key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking Systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Current driver's license essential for transportation duties.
