High Voltage Design Leader

This is a key leadership position in our regional Energy business in Australia, focused on design work for converter stations.
Main Responsibilities:- Design Scope Management: Ensure alignment of proposed designs with overall project objectives.
- Coordination and Collaboration: Work with discipline lead engineers and sub-consultants to ensure on-scope, on-time, and on-budget delivery of engineering design.
- Engineering Change Control: Manage processes and coordinate engineering input into design reports.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure discipline leads manage quality and compliance of design and engineering produced by their discipline.
- Value Optimization: Facilitate processes to focus the engineering team on overall project objectives.
- A Design/Engineering Manager skillset, preferably with experience in HVDC/substation.
- Strong Coordination Skills and experience working in complex environments.
- Australian Transmission Market Experience highly desirable.
