Design Manager for HVDC Converter Stations

This is a senior leadership role in our Energy practice, focusing on the development and maintenance of design work for converter stations.

  • Foster a culture of safety and value optimization through effective team management and coordination with regional leads and engineering management.
  • Oversee engineering change control processes and ensure quality and compliance of the design produced by engineers.
  • Coordinate engineering input into design reports and progress reporting to align with overall project objectives.

In this role, you will lead business development, team leadership, thought leadership, client engagement, technical oversight, and project financial performance. Our team brings together experts from various disciplines to drive positive change in cities and communities worldwide.
