Project Engineer Leadership Role

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced project engineer to join our team as a leader. This role is responsible for delivering high-voltage transmission projects, providing technical oversight, and project engineering expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers across transmission-level projects.
  • Provide technical input into the design, procurement, and delivery of electrical works.
  • Review and oversee engineering deliverables to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Support project scoping, planning, and bid preparation activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage project delivery risks.
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes including ITPs, FATs, and SATs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical).
  • NER and Victorian Engineering Registration (minimum); Chartered Engineer desirable.
