Electrical Design Drafter Role

At Consolidated Power Projects, we are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Drafter to join our Primary Engineering Team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have experience in designing high-voltage infrastructure projects including substations, grid connections, and battery storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage high-quality design artefacts, technical documentation, and work tasks to agreed deadlines and standards.
  • Work on innovative high-voltage infrastructure projects including substations, grid connections, and battery storage systems.

Requirements:

  • Ability to interpret and implement design information provided by engineers and managers.
  • Sound knowledge of the utilities or renewable energy industry with experience in substation design highly regarded.
  • Previous experience producing CAD drawings in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD for compliance with client requirements and standards.
