Transforming retail excellence requires a dedicated and skilled leader to drive results. We are seeking an accomplished Regional Operations Leader to oversee our stores in Cairns and Port Douglas.

The Role

  1. Lead and Develop Your Team

As Regional Operations Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Brand Ambassadors who deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results. Foster a culture of customer excellence, operational efficiency, and teamwork across your region.

Collaborate with Visual Partners

Work closely with Visual Merchandising partners to deliver consistent store experiences and achieve regional performance goals. Ensure that all visual elements align with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.

Empower Store Managers

Collaborate with store managers to grow results through clear planning, direction, and support. Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills needed to succeed.

Achieve Regional Goals

Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional performance goals, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Monitor progress regularly and make adjustments as needed.
