We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Regional Operations Manager to deliver high-level executive support and lead a team of administrators in a busy government office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of administrative staff, including performance management and training.
- Act as a central point of contact for regional staff, providing guidance on financial, records, and information management processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including managing escalated queries and applying negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
- Provide high-quality support to the Regional Director, including managing correspondence, briefing notes, and ministerial responses.
- Maintain systems, procedures, and reporting tools to support regional operations and program delivery.
- Coordinate and quality-assure documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple inboxes, including the Regional Director's, and ensure timely and accurate communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
- Proven experience in executive support roles.
- Strong multitasking ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
