Job Description:

The Area Manager role is a newly created position within our Retail Team.

We're looking for a talented individual to inspire and grow their team, creating great experiences for customers and driving business outcomes for the region.

  1. Lead and embed a culture that builds a team of engaged brand ambassadors across your region.
  2. Enable and develop performing teams who are customer-focused, people-driven, and results-oriented.
  3. Embed customer excellence while growing region performance through clear direction and operational excellence.
  4. Empower store managers to grow results through clear planning and direction.
  5. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising partners to deliver consistent store experiences across your region.
  6. Advocate for 'The Good', leading the team on how they can make a life-changing impact on our projects around the world.
