Restaurant Operations Director

The Restaurant Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and training employees on company policies, evaluating their performance, and fostering an environment of employee appreciation and teamwork.
- Complying with store operations rules, procedures, and workplace conduct policies.
- Providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and maintaining sanitary food control procedures.
- Managing cash register transactions, preparing daily reports, inventory, bank deposits, and administrative paperwork.
- Maintaining working knowledge of approved menu items and formulas.
- Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues about orders, training, and employee needs.
- Satisfying local and state government health requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a restaurant chain.
- Proven track record of managing costs and labor.
- Able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, including two closing shifts per week (one on a weekend).
- Flexible availability to support business hours and needs.
