Restaurant Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, staff management, and customer service.

About the Position:
  • Supervise restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and make informed decisions.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety in all aspects of the restaurant.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and providing feedback opportunities.
  • Assist with financial tasks, such as cash handling and reporting.
  • Lead and mentor front-of-house staff, offering coaching and development opportunities.
  • Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team regarding menus, events, and service logistics.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant setting as a supervisor or manager.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a calm demeanor.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a large team.
  • Effective prioritization and task assignment skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Solid financial acumen and a desire to exceed expectations.
  • A commitment to teamwork and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Knowledge of food, beverages, and spirits, with a preference for function management experience.
