Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of excellence in a high-pressure environment
  • Promote a memorable guest experience through outstanding communication and attention to detail
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene in the dining area
  • Manage stock procurement and control to ensure availability
  • Nurture strong relationships with the culinary team and train/mentor front-of-house staff
  • Maximize revenue and collaborate with the Head Chef to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Previous managerial experience in a fine dining establishment
  • A passion for food and beverages
  • A background in luxury or Michelin-starred hotel or restaurant environments
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
