As a Senior Surveillance Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing routine and specialized surveillance activities. Your primary objective is to ensure that projects are completed according to the client's timelines, quality standards, and scope requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Administer road, bridge, and/or maritime maintenance and construction projects
- Provide specialized non-routine surveillance support for Agency projects
- Monitor and assist development partners in meeting agreed-upon milestones and deliverables
- Coach and mentor less experienced Surveillance Officers, engineering, and project staff
- Extensive experience with civil construction and maintenance technologies, practices, and processes
- Advanced knowledge of relevant standards, policies, and codes of practice for civil construction and maintenance activities
- Ability to source, analyze, interpret, and contribute to project, construction, and contract documentation effectively
You must have a strong understanding of the industry and be able to apply your skills and knowledge to achieve project goals. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
Salary & Benefits$850 - $1,050 per day + superannuation. Additional benefits include weekly payment, insurance options for contractors, and consistent communication and transparency.
