About the Role

  • You will perform Customer Service Officer functions to support Depot operations, including liaising with customers
  • Ensure the efficient operation of Business Systems to extract records and business data for analysis
  • Utilise your analytical and communication skills to provide timely solutions and contribute positively to customer satisfaction and organisational image

About You

  • A Certificate IV in Logistics, Business Administration or related field is required
  • Previous experience operating a database program is highly advantageous
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential
