We're seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Thales, a leader in advanced technologies. This exciting opportunity is based in Orchard Hills, NSW, and offers a chance to work on the cutting-edge Explosive Ordnance Services (EOS) team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a Certificate IV in Logistics or Business Administration to take their career to the next level. As an Operations Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accurate operation of the ADF's inventory stock management system.

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the inventory management system, providing online visibility of EO inventory to the point of consumption.
  • Liaising with customers to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Performing account management functions, including completing transactions, validating data, and compiling reports.

You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with both internal and external clients, demonstrating your excellent communication and teamwork skills.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate IV in Logistics or Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience operating database programs.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Previous experience within Defence and/or Logistics would be highly advantageous.
