The Wellbeing Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive school culture by leading and supporting initiatives that enhance the social, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing of students. This position supports the College's commitment to student engagement, personal growth, and community connection by working collaboratively with staff, students, families, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school environment that promotes the wellbeing of all students.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support student wellbeing, including pastoral care initiatives and programs.
  • Collaborate with staff, students, families, and external stakeholders to promote a culture of care and respect across the school community.
Requirements
  • Qualifications as a four-year trained teacher.
  • Active NESA Accreditation.
  • Current paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) number.
  • Completion of anaphylaxis training.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in communication and collaboration with staff, students, and families.
  • A high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
  • Proven ability to contribute positively and work collaboratively within a team setting.
