We are seeking a seasoned Wellbeing Business Partner to spearhead our organization's approach to supporting the health and wellbeing of employees.
About the Role:- Develop and deliver systems and processes to enhance the organisation's approach to supporting the health and wellbeing of employees.
- Engage and consult with managers and key stakeholders to undertake strategic analysis and drive improvements in health, wellbeing and psychosocial performance and outcomes.
- Provide high-level support in the delivery of programs and interventions that support employee wellbeing across the organisation.
- Provide expert advice on the application and interpretation of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Engage all levels of the organisation to understand their duties and responsibilities and build accountability.
- Provide professional, best practice advice and solutions that improve our risk profile to help ensure that our people's wellbeing is enhanced through their employment.
A tertiary qualification in an Allied Health profession or a relevant discipline is required. Demonstrated experience implementing wellbeing programs in a complex organisation, as well as working in a health and safety function with specific experience in psychosocial safety and risk management, are also essential.
