Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the development and implementation of comprehensive wellbeing services across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver systems and processes to enhance employee health and wellbeing.
  • Engage and consult with managers and key stakeholders to drive improvements in health, wellbeing and psychosocial performance and outcomes.
  • Provide high-level support in the delivery of programs and interventions that promote employee wellbeing.
  • Offer expert advice on relevant legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Build accountability across all levels of the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing wellbeing programs in complex organisations.
  • Proven experience working in health and safety functions, particularly in psychosocial safety and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of psychosocial risk and Workers Compensation legislation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and focus on risk management.
