Job Summary

We are seeking a wellbeing professional to join our team. This is a fixed-term 12-month contract.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee health and wellbeing.
  • Engage with stakeholders to drive improvements in health, wellbeing and psychosocial performance.
  • Provide support in delivering wellbeing programs across the organisation.
  • Offer advice on relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health profession or relevant field.
  • Experience implementing wellbeing initiatives in complex organisations.
  • Background in health and safety with experience in psychosocial risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of psychosocial risk and workers compensation laws.
  • Attention to detail and focus on risk management.
