This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of comprehensive wellbeing services across various business units. The successful candidate will promote health, safety, and overall wellbeing of all employees.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering systems and processes to improve the organisation's approach to supporting employee health and wellbeing.
They will engage with managers and stakeholders to drive improvements in health, wellbeing, and psychosocial performance outcomes.
This is a key role that requires high-level support in delivering programs and interventions that enhance employee wellbeing across the organisation.
The successful candidate will provide professional advice and solutions to improve risk profiles and ensure employee wellbeing is enhanced through employment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health profession or relevant discipline
- Demonstrated experience implementing wellbeing programs in complex organisations
- Demonstrated experience working in health and safety functions with specific experience in psychosocial safety and risk management
- Strong knowledge of psychosocial risk and Workers Compensation legislation
- High level attention to detail and focus on risk management
