Wellbeing Business Partner

The role involves supporting the development and implementation of wellbeing services across various business units. This entails working closely with managers and key stakeholders to drive improvements in health, wellbeing, and psychosocial performance and outcomes.

  • Develop and deliver systems and processes to enhance the organisation's approach to supporting employee health and wellbeing.
  • Engage and consult with managers and key stakeholders to undertake strategic analysis and drive improvements in health, wellbeing, and psychosocial performance and outcomes.
  • Provide high-level support in the delivery of programs and interventions that promote employee wellbeing across the organisation.
  • Offer advice on the application and interpretation of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Engage all levels of the organisation to understand their duties and responsibilities and foster accountability.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health profession or a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing wellbeing programs in a complex organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a health and safety function with specific experience in psychosocial safety and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of psychosocial risk and Workers Compensation legislation.
