Aboriginal Health Clinical Leadership Position

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Director to lead our efforts in providing culturally responsive services to improve outcomes for Aboriginal patients.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Director Aboriginal Health, the Director Aboriginal Health, and the General Manager Primary Care to ensure delivery of high-quality care across community, inpatient, and custodial settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical guidance, support, and advice to foster standards of excellence in primary care for Aboriginal patients.
- Partnerships: Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver culturally responsive services that meet the unique needs of Aboriginal communities.
- Strategic Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal patients.
- A competitive salary of $186,241 - $229,825 p/annum (full time salary) + super, additional allowances, and leave loading.
