Occupational Therapist Leadership Position in Rural Health

The Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a leadership position. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a rural setting, providing top-tier services and professional leadership to allied health professionals.
As a Regional Clinical Senior Occupational Therapist (AHP3) or Occupational Therapist (AHP2), you will drive improvements in service quality, safety, and community-focused distribution, collaborating with allied health staff, managers, and key stakeholders to enhance models of care and workforce development initiatives.
This role involves delivering comprehensive and integrated services tailored to the needs of the local community, working with increased autonomy, and providing clinical supervision to less experienced allied health professionals, assistants, and students.
You will be part of a multi-professional team, collaborating with health professionals and service providers from various sectors, applying a range of approaches, including preventative care, early intervention, and therapeutic treatment, to ensure optimal outcomes for the community.
To succeed in this role, you must hold a recognised qualification within the Occupational Therapy profession and be eligible for practicing membership of the relevant Professional Association.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $88,255 and $111,746, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include superannuation, leave loading, and salary sacrificing benefits. Additionally, you may be eligible for relocation assistance and accommodation support.
