Nurse Leadership Position in Indigenous Health

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Yarrabah, a community-controlled indigenous health provider. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse leader to make a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of the community.
**Salary Information**
The salary for this position is negotiable, based on experience and qualifications, but we anticipate it will be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on the individual's background.
**Job Description**
This role involves managing comprehensive primary health clinical services, including leading multidisciplinary teams and developing strategies to improve quality and risk management. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and governance skills, as well as experience in funding-based contracts and program management.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a commitment to the principles of Aboriginal community control and cultural identity
- experience in clinical leadership, governance, and operational planning
- demonstrated ability to manage funded health programs and associated outcomes
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes in an indigenous community setting
