Technical Support Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Nexon Asia Pacific. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing onsite technical assistance, managing escalations, and supporting internal staff and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage escalations and provide onsite technical assistance
- Assist and resolve incidents raised by staff and internal support teams
- Support by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical issues
- Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to internal support teams
- Assist with delivering key solutions and occasionally project tasks
- Documentation of support processes and issue resolutions

**Requirements**

- Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider highly desirable
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Over 5 years' technical experience in an IT environment
- Ability to manage and support Microsoft environments including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 / SCCM / Intune
- Experience in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory management, Group Policy administration, and PowerShell
- Demonstrated knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing
- Remote Desktop / Terminal Services / Citrix Virtual Apps experience
- Knowledge of Service Now and N-Able desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
