As a Trade Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles, you will embark on a rewarding career that combines sales expertise with a passion for the tile industry. Your role will be to develop strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and a consultative approach to service.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include generating sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving team sales targets. You will also be responsible for processing sales efficiently and accurately, conducting follow-ups with customers, and maintaining the overall look of the store.

In addition to your sales expertise, you will also be required to assist with various warehouse duties, such as customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving
  • Good rapport-building and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Physical ability to load and unload products (up to 25kgs)
  • Technologically savvy and administrative skills
