The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Cadet to join our dynamic sales team at our high-profile Rochedale Arise Super Centre.

As a Sales Cadet, you will have the opportunity to participate in our comprehensive sales training program and develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the home building industry.

About the Job

  • Qualify customers for sales presentations and set appointments with sales consultants.
  • Support the sales pipeline by engaging leads and nurturing them to transition to sales consultants.
  • Manage customer data in our CRM system.
  • Maintain high service standards and encourage product reviews.
  • Support sales consultants in communicating with clients and resolving concerns.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience and a strong ambition to succeed in a sales career.
  • A keen interest in the home building industry and a results-driven work ethic.
  • Great presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
