The role of Sales Consultant - Trade and Industry Expert is a full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday) with an immediate start at our Rochedale location.

This diverse role involves developing trusted relationships with customers, providing advice, and offering a consultative approach to service. The key responsibilities include:

  • Generating sales and ensuring success by providing expert service, processing sales efficiently and accurately;
  • Conducting efficient follow-ups with customers, performing day-to-day administration tasks, and maintaining the overall store appearance;
  • Assisting with various warehouse duties such as customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders;

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience;
  • Proven abilities in achieving and exceeding sales targets;
  • Mature and self-directed problem-solving skills;
  • Good rapport-building and influencing skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Physical ability for loading and unloading products (up to 25kgs);
  • Technological savviness and administrative skills.
