As a Trade Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles, you will experience a diverse role that offers a consultative approach to service. Your primary goal is to develop trusted relationships with customers, provide advice, and ensure their satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

About the Role:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and guidance on tile selection and installation.
  • Achieve sales targets by offering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely processing of sales transactions.
  • Conduct efficient follow-ups with customers, process sales efficiently and accurately, and maintain the overall store appearance.
  • Assist with various warehouse duties such as customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders.

About You:

  • Have experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Possess a mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving.
  • Exhibit good rapport-building and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be physically able for the loading and unloading of products (up to 25kgs).
  • Display technological savvy and administrative skills.
