Drakes Supermarkets is seeking a motivated and hard-working leader to join our team as a Meat Department Leader.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a small team, creating rosters and generating orders.
- Report directly to the Store Manager, overseeing the meat department.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Australian trade qualification in Butchery is essential.
- Fresh food retail knowledge is desirable.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, order and control costs.
- Excellent understanding of gross profit calculations.
- Accurate team rostering and passion for customer service.
- 10% staff and family discount across all Drakes stores.
