  • Drive Employee Engagement: Design and execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention across all levels of the organisation.
  • Learning and Development: Lead the L&D function to create a culture of learning and develop industry-leading training programs.
  • Talent Acquisition: Strategically manage the talent acquisition function to attract top talent that aligns with our organisation's values and goals.
  • Organisational Development: Design and execute organisational development strategies that promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
