Job Title: Technical Support Expert

As a Technical Support Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolving complex technical issues through thorough diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to level 2 support when necessary.
  • Documenting all interactions in a Service Manager incident/request system.
  • Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in a fast-paced Technology Service Desk environment.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and office software.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and other IT systems.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
