As a Technical Support Expert, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support services for ServiceNow. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve technical incidents efficiently and effectively, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance of clients' systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Incident Resolution: Provide expert-level support to resolve complex issues related to business systems, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Proactive Improvements: Collaborate with clients to identify areas for enhancement and implement proactive measures to improve system performance and efficiency.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Work with customers to understand their long-term goals and assist them in developing and executing strategies that leverage ServiceNow's capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow and delivering robust, best-practice based ServiceNow implementations.
  • High proficiency in Javascript, Angular JS, and other ServiceNow scripting languages.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems.
  • Ability to deliver effectively and efficiently by working autonomously as well as within a team.
  • ServiceNow certifications plus a minimum of two full learning path certifications in ITSM & ITOM/ITAM or certifications in ITSM/GRC/HRSD.
