About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to begin a new career path with a progressive organization. As a Technical Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to dealers and customers, managing technical assistance requests, and developing timely solutions.

Duties

  • Provide expert technical support to dealers and customers
  • Manage technical assistance requests and develop effective solutions
  • Monitor and report technical trends to the Manager, Technical Support
  • Produce high-quality service bulletins and technical tips
  • Maintain the policy and procedure manual for technical service support
  • Provide technical support for all internal staff
  • Prepare detailed product reports after investigation and ensure related parts are returned for further inspection and investigation
  • Constantly upgrade knowledge by attending internal/external product training
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Training will be provided

Requirements

  • Motor Trade Qualification ESSENTIAL
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Computer literacy to an intermediate level Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to liaise effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Previous parts interpreting experience desirable
  • Power equipment product knowledge advantageous
