About the Role

This is a key leadership position within our sales team, responsible for driving growth and revenue through effective channel management. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in senior sales roles.

The role involves developing and executing a sales strategy that meets business objectives, building strong relationships with customers, and driving brand visibility across key venues. This includes leading and coaching a team of Key Account Managers to achieve sales targets and delivering best-in-class experiences for customers and consumers.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and profitability

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality groups, casinos, hotels, and restaurants

  • Negotiate and deliver business plans with key accounts and wholesalers

  • Lead, coach, and develop Key Account Managers to build capability and execution standards

  • Drive brand visibility and availability across key channels

  • Support trade and brand events to deliver best-in-class experiences

About You

You will be a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a passion for driving business results. You will have a proven track record in senior sales roles, with a strong understanding of commercial principles and negotiation techniques. You will also be an excellent communicator and influencer, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

  • A degree in Business or Commerce (or equivalent)

  • Proven experience in senior sales roles, with a strong track record of success
